With two annual editions, one in spring and another in autumn, initiative of the Municipality of Alcoutim aims to disseminate, promote and enhance the cuisine of the county.
In the spring edition, the 14 participating restaurants at the festival will have to serve the visitor their seasonal specialties, such as the fish dishes, fried eel, eel stew, river fish stews, lamprey, tomato soups, beans with chorizo , migas, chickpea dishes and beans, among others.

Location: In the restaurants adherent to the municipality Festival.
Each restaurant has its own schedule and respective closing day, as well the decision to choose the dishes that are featured.
