Grupo Desportivo e Cultural do Rio Seco organizes a "blind test" of homemade wines on Saturday, March 4, at 7:00 p.m.
'Blind evidence' consists in concealing from the taster the data relating to the origin, brand, year of collection and producer of the wine in question, which is a fairer form of evaluation, since all "Proof without net".
There are more than 40 wine producers from the county of Castro Marim and neighboring counties that will participate in the competition and that will be evaluated during the dinner. The top ten will enter a contest where they will be evaluated by a jury.
There are prizes for the top five. The proof of homemade wines will be accompanied to the sound of fado and Portuguese music in the voice of Neusa Brito and counts on the support of the Chamber and the Parish Council of Castro Marim.
