The American film director, Woody Allen, is preparing a feature film in Porto.
Sources close to the Portuguese production team, already on base, disclose that the film will be about the relation of the city and its important connection with the Jewish people.
The director also descends from Jewish ancestors, and he was fascinated by the influence that the community has in the city through the centuries.
Scarlett Johansson will be one of the main characters of the film.
After Barcelona, Paris and London, Porto becomes the fourth European city to be presented by Woody Allen.
