Designer Outlet Algarve in IKEA

The opening of the new Designer Outlet Algarve is scheduled for autumn 2017. The project is managed by the Austrian ROS - Retail Outlet Shopping Group. Installed in Loulé with 110 stores in a 17,000 m2 area built in two phases. It allows visitors to enjoy large premium brands with permanent discounts up to 70% on the recommended retail price throughout the year.

For ROS - Retail Outlet Shopping the Algarve is considered the ideal and privileged location for its first project in Portugal. The Designer Outlet Algarve includes sport segments, shoes and accessories, household items and children's clothing. Considered a reference region for national and international tourism, the new project of ROS - Retail Outlet Shopping aims to reinforce the Algarve's dynamism throughout the year, aiming to fight against seasonality through permanent access to the best clothing and lifestyle brands , in an area inspired by the region.

The Outlet Village concept, open air, invites you to shop outdoors to enjoy the best that the region has to offer. Inspired by a typical regional architecture, the Designer Outlet Algarve incorporates regional, modern and typical elements in an innovative way, in the image of what is truly the Algarve. The management team of the Designer Outlet Algarve aims to give life to the region through actions carried out in the center throughout the year, offering attractive campaigns and events.

Starting in autumn 2017, in Loulé, the new Designer Outlet Algarve concludes the new IKEA Group commercial complex, integrated with the MAR Shopping Algarve and IKEA store, a project that represented a global investment of 200 million euros and the creation of 3,000 jobs in the region.
