The Alliance Française de l'Algarve (AFA), based in Faro, announced that it will open a polling station at its headquarters tomorrow Sunday, June 4, the day of the French legislative elections.
The opening of a polling station follows "the constant growth of French residents in the Algarve," the Alliance Française Algarve said in a statement.
The vote for the French legislative elections will be held between 8:00 am and 6:00 p.m., at the institution's headquarters, located at 1.º de Maio Street in Faro.
The Alliance Française de l'Algarve was founded in 1942 and is part of the worldwide network of Alliances Françaises, whose main mission is to spread the French culture and language.
