Shame on Praia da Rocha! open letter from one of our Readers

I have always been silent since I live here in Ferragudo ... but today is enough!

How can companies be allowed to put music so high that it alters the quiet atmosphere of a paradise on earth. A music so high that the bass vibrate the windows of windows ... until the tip of the Altar and maybe beyond !!!

I live here and once, there was only loud music for a few days in August ... now it has passed the acceptable. There are people who live here and tourists who rent houses at high prices that must suffer this loud music ... sometimes until 5:30 in the morning.

The region has to decide its future ... a future that respects the natural paradise where we are, a future that respects the peace for the people who live here and did not choose this noise, and for the tourists who did not choose the mess of Praia da Rocha to come on vacation here and spend their money.

A lot of people complain ... We could of course choose for a future with our paradise being transformed into an open-air nightclub ... ideal for clubbers who live at night and spend little money on the real local trades ... we can choose this future! But it will be without me !!!
